This is a very serious issue of debate, policy and law-making in USA. The fundamental argument is about whether to reconsider or not the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

A 41-year-old man, James Huberty, heavily armed, enters a local McDonald’s and kills 21 adults and children. One hour later, a police officer shoots and kills the attacker.

A former U.S. marine, Charles Joseph Whitman, kills 16 shooting from a University of Texas tower. Earlier that day, he had shot his mother and his wife. Two police officers killed the attacker.
